We deliver Regalians orders across Pakistan. Orders are usually processed after confirmation and sent through our courier partners.
Free delivery is available across Pakistan.
Please make sure your name, phone number, and delivery address are correct before placing your order so your parcel can reach you without delay.
Delivery areas
We currently deliver orders across Pakistan through our courier partners. Delivery availability may depend on the courier service coverage in your city, town, or local area.
If your address is outside regular courier coverage, our team may contact you for an alternate delivery address or further confirmation.
Delivery time
Orders are usually processed after confirmation. Standard delivery may take approximately 2 to 5 working days, depending on your city, courier route, public holidays, and operational conditions.
Delivery to remote areas may take longer than major cities.
Shipping cost
Regalians currently offers free delivery across Pakistan. If any delivery charges apply in the future, they will be shown clearly before checkout.
Order confirmation
For cash-on-delivery orders, we may contact you by phone, WhatsApp, SMS, or email to confirm your order before dispatch.
Orders with incomplete information, unreachable phone numbers, or unclear addresses may be delayed or cancelled if confirmation is not completed.
Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, tracking details may be shared with you by SMS, WhatsApp, email, or courier notification where available.
If you have not received tracking information, you can contact us with your order number and we will help you check the delivery status.
Failed delivery attempts
Please keep your phone available after placing an order. Courier riders may call you to confirm your location or arrange delivery.
If delivery fails because the customer is unavailable, the phone number is unreachable, the address is incorrect, or the parcel is refused, the order may be returned to us by the courier.
Re-dispatch may be subject to confirmation and courier availability.
Delivery delays
Delivery may be delayed due to weather, public holidays, strikes, courier issues, road closures, high order volume, or circumstances outside our control.
We will do our best to help, but courier delays after dispatch may not always be fully controlled by Regalians.
